I first noticed a few strands of shimmery silver when I was 21, & having dark brown hair I started to add in lots of hair dye to cover it up, I also just loved changing my hair colour anyway since I was 14 years of age.
I haven't used any hair dye for two years! yay...I absolutely love my silver grey and i'm in the process of growing it long.
If you are thinking of embracing your natural colour, then I strongly suggest contacting a really good hairdresser who can help you get a good cut and give you information on how to keep your silver grey looking lovely. I cut my hair pretty short to help the process along.
